The upstate and surrounding areas have lots of things to do and see. Here is a brief list of area clubs and associations that are available.
 

Anglers for Christ is seeking new members. The meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7pm. Tournaments are the third Saturday of each month and are held on Upstate lakes Clarks Hill, Russell, Hartwell, Keowee and Greenwood. Call 269-7342 for more information.

Camp Greenville YMCA Camp Greenville is very proud of its very special natural setting. The mountain top campus is situated at 3200 feet above sea level and includes well over 1600 acres of property. Set on the eastern ridge of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Camp Greenville provides excellent panoramic views of the South Carolina upstate area.

Carolina Ballet Theatre For thirty years, Carolina Ballet Theatre has been providing the highest caliber training and performance opportunities for young dancers in the Upstate. As a resident company of the Peace Center, CBT produces three major productions per year, with many guest artists from major ballet companies from New York, Washington, D.C. and international locations.

Carolina Tall Club (CTC) is a social organization whose purpose is to promote friendship and good fellowship among tall people and to sponsor activities of interest and benefit to all members. Prospective members must be at least 21 years of age. Females must have a stocking-foot minimum height of 5'-10" males a minimum sock-footed height of 6'-2". For more information, call 864-458-1288.

Clemson Area Soccer Club Members of Clemson University's Men and Women's coaching staff assist in the implementation of weekly training sessions. They are involved in specific technical and tactical training that includes goalkeeper training, technical development of individual players and weekly training of teams. Their knowledge and ability to communicate the critical aspects of the game enhances the player's experience and helps in their development as a soccer player.

Electric City Cycling Club: Welcome to the home page of the Electric City Cycling Club. The ECCC, based in Anderson, South Carolina, is a mostly touring, partly racing club which also includes a sizeable mountain biking population. We have over 200 members from all over Upstate (Northwest) South Carolina.

Greenville Futbol Club The Greenville Futbol Club has been established in order to develop youth soccer programs that will provide an environment and opportunity for each player to meet their maximum individual potential.

Mudslingers The Cherokee Mudslingers ATV Club is a member run club dedicated to safe, fun and ethical ATV riding. The club was formed in July of 1998 when landowners stopped OHVs from riding at the sandbar located in Gaffney, SC on the Broad River. The club headquarters are located in Gaffney, SC.

Roper Mountain Astronomers is Greenville's own astronomy club dedicated to observing the skies and serving the community. If you would like the RMA to give a presentation and star party for your group, club, or organization please give us a call. The club meets in the Roper Mountain Science Center the second Thursday of every month (except December) at 7:30pm and the public is welcome to attend.

Health Careers Club The Upstate Area Health Education Center Student Development and Diversity Program is sponsoring a health careers club to assist high school students in exploring a career in health car. The club meets the third Thursday of each month at the Greenville Hospital System Employee Service Center from 5:30-6:30pm.

Upstate Girls Soccer Association As the only all girls soccer club in Upstate South Carolina, the Upstate Girls Soccer Association (UGSA) was founded in 1988 for the purpose of creating an environment sensitive to the unique needs of the female soccer player and providing girls with the same opportunities that were historically afforded only to boys.
